On September 13, 2022, I made the decision to become fully sober. This song is celebrating a year of keeping that promise.

Thank you to my family and friends who have been so supportive of this journey. I cannot tell you how much it means to have you cheering me up this mountain.

If you want to make a change in your life, you can do it. It will be very hard and you will want to give up...but if I can do it, you are more than capable of it. Love y'all. Maybe we do this again next year.
